Can you connect the ATM to my bank account?
Yes. We help link your business bank account and set up your ATM processing. If you need an account, we can refer you to a banking partner. We confirm the bank and processing requirements with you before setup.
Who puts the cash in the machine?
You do. You supply the cash, load the machine and keep it stocked. We teach you how to load it, balance it and check the reports. The cash you put in the ATM is separate from the purchase price.
How does the money get back to my bank?
Cash withdrawals are settled to your linked bank account under your processing terms. We walk you through the timing, fees and reports, so you know what to expect.
What space and connection do I need?
An indoor spot with power, a suitable connection and room for customers to use it. We review the space and connection with you. We also go over safe placement and how the machine will be secured.
Will I know how to run it?
We program and activate it with you, then show you how to load cash, use the reports and handle the day-to-day tasks. You get training and ongoing support. You are not left to figure it out from a box.
What if the ATM stops working?
Reach out to our support team. We help you work through the issue and explain the next step. Parts, warranty cover and any repair costs depend on your machine and purchase terms. We go over those before you buy.
