ATM placement leads

How ATM placement leads work

An ATM placement lead is a business owner who wants an ATM, has talked to us, and expects it to be used. Here is how we make them, what you get, and what we never promise.

What a lead is, and is not

A business name on a list is not a lead. Nobody on that list asked for an ATM. A lead is a store owner we have talked to. They confirmed they want a machine. Their business looks like a working location. And they told us the machine would be used at least 3 to 4 times a day. All four, or it does not count.

That is our definition in writing. It protects the deployer from paying for a maybe, and it protects us from an argument about what was delivered.

How we find them

  1. Ads to local businessesStore owners in a deployer's area see an ad about getting a free ATM. The ones who want one fill out a short form.
  2. Calls and textsWe call and text every owner who raises a hand. We ask who decides, whether they really want a machine, and what the space is like.
  3. The usage questionWe ask the owner whether the machine would be used at least 3 to 4 times a day. Their answer is the bar. We do not verify traffic or sales; the owner's own expectation is what we record.
  4. The offerWe tell the owner what they get. The operator brings the machine, the cash and the service. The operator also pays them a share of each withdrawal.

What the deployer receives

  • Business name, type and address, with the distance from your base
  • The decision maker's name and the best number to reach them
  • Business hours and what the store told us about foot traffic and cash use
  • What we offered the owner and what they agreed to
  • Whether there is already an ATM on site, and what we know about it
  • The next step, who owns it, and the questions still open for your visit

It arrives in writing, by text, email or a link, with the next step named and who owns it.

The deployer's clock

An owner who said yes to us will say yes to the next operator who calls. So the agreement sets a clock. Reply within 24 hours. Contact the owner within 24 hours. Visit, or schedule the visit, within 72 hours. A spot lost to slow follow-up is on the deployer.

What we never promise

  • A placement, an install, or an install date
  • A number of transactions
  • That the owner will not change their mind
  • That a location is exclusive, unless the agreement says so

We promise the work, and we document it: the calls, the texts, the owner's answers, and the handoff.

Questions

Is a list of businesses a lead?

No. A list is a list. A lead is an owner who was contacted, said they want a machine, and told us what to expect.

How many leads do I get?

A Concierge campaign delivers up to five lead opportunities, and ends at your first install or at five leads. Spots from our national campaign come as they fit your area, with no promised volume.

Can two deployers get the same lead?

A Concierge lead is worked for that client. Spots offered from the national campaign are not exclusive.
